There was enough clean malt to keep me interested, even though the finish tasted slightly metallic. A solid four rather than a five.

We tried Hopper during a quiet night at home. It had a decent refreshing finish; after that, the finish tasted slightly metallic. I wouldn't refuse it, but I have other favourites.

Honestly, this beer was different from what I expected. Crisp carbonation showed up early, while clean, dry finish carried through the finish. It was gone faster than I expected, which says enough.

citrusy - crisp - dry
